The magic continues! The curtain is rising on Ballet Theatre of Ohio's (BTO) - formerly known as Children's Ballet Theatre, 2007 - 2008 performing season, marking the fifteenth season for BTO to bring its magic to the historic Akron Civic Theatre stage. Through the years BTO has been bringing friends and family together with our professional quality full-length classical story ballet productions of Nutcracker, Coppelia, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty. BTO's dynamic community / outreach program, Take Me Out To The Ballet, has introduced over 12,000 Akron public school children to the wonder of classical ballet with special school presentations of Nutcracker and Coppelia.

A hallmark of BTO's success is the loyalty and dedication of its community of dancers, audience members, donors, volunteers and friends. Talent, hard work and dedication alone cannot bring BTO's magic to the stage; it takes the support of people like you.
